SUBMERSIBLE WINDING WIRE
We hold production and supply of one of the finest quality Submersible Winding Wire. Multiple layers of thin Biaxial oriented poly-propylene (BOPP) films and polyester films wrapped over copper conductor wire, allows submersible (underwater) application without any current leakage. High precision and advanced slitters installed to cut international standard film rolls to specific size before wrapping. Advanced the wrapping over calibrated heads and continuous in-line heat shrinkage ovens to get uniform covering. Complete ranges of testing standards assure the quality of every batch produced. Each coil is kept underwater for about 12 hours as it undergoes High Voltage test at 5000 V and then dried before it is carefully packaged. It is perfect for use in Submersible Pump motors and tested for all governing standards as per IS 8783: 1995 Part 4 Sec 3.
